Conventional content analysis
Let the codes emerge inductively from the data, without a prior scheme.
Seminal reference: Hsieh & Shannon (2005)
Verbatim supports Conventional content analysis as a declared approach: it shapes the guidance and the report while you code your corpus on a fluid canvas. A bounded, codebook-grounded AI may suggest codes in the margin, but the reliability engine measures inter-coder agreement and the researcher decides — every number is computed by golden-verified math kernels, never by a language model.
